When requesting to pay by invoice a purchase order number and a written authority to invoice must be provided respectfully at the time of booking.

Once payment has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email and later joining instructions. Please it carefully. Booking is subject to availability. Course prices, dates and details may be subject to change. Eligibility criteria may also apply. Learners may be required to show previous certificates for refresher, re-qualification or update courses.
Fit to Train
Some courses are physically intensive and as such participants must be declared fit before commencement of the course. All participants are required to complete a Health Declaration Form which will be assessed by the course tutor. The tutor may refuse a participant if health concerns are raised. If unsure if any health condition may impact your ability to train, we strongly recommend that you seek advice from your GP or physician prior to attending the course. This course is designed to meet participants of varying fitness levels. However, we DO NOT accept pregnant learners on physically intensive courses.
PMVA Breakaway and Physical Intervention training involves some practical intervention skills. To ensure safe practice, we recommend suitable clothing for all participants such as tracksuit bottom and trainers. NO jeans, jewellery, boots, shoes and or inappropriate clothing must be worn. Check with your relevant agency on guidance related to suitable clothing before attending the course. The tutor reserves the right to refuse any participant if their clothing raises a concern.
In compliance with current GDPR regulation, information you provide is kept secure treated confidentially and to be used only for processing payment and registration. We will not sell any of your details to third party organisations.
By US – JT10I will make every effort to run advertised events or workshops. However, we reserve the right to cancel or alter a training workshop, fees, venues, trainers without liability. In such circumstances, alternative dates and venues (where possible) will be made available to learners. JT10I reserves the right to alter any course content and training materials without prior notice and liability. JT10I will not be liable for any other loss.
By LEARNER – All cancellations to bookings must be received in writing to email@example.com. Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the start of the course. A full refund applies if cancelled 14 days in advance of the course but an administration charge of 20% plus VAT is payable. If a learner deliberately refuses to attend a booked course, JT10I will retain the full course fee. Change of attendee/delegate may be accepted but we should receive full details in writing within 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
JT10I will not accept liability for any circumstances beyond our control (sickness, natural disasters, transportation strikes, etc) which affect the training day, content or timing, including cancellation or re-scheduling. We shall make reasonable efforts to re-schedule a cancelled course due to unforeseen occurrences. We reserve the right to make such decisions in those circumstances without liability.
JT10I does not accept liability for use of personal information expressed by tutors and course delegates including course materials. Opinions expressed are not of JT10I, the company, and therefore learners should seek professional advice when dealing with specific situations. JT10I do not accept liability for any accidents and misuse of training skills in individual homes, public places, offices and anywhere. Learners carry out their training with our organisation at their own risk. Our policies are always under development; therefore, we reserve the right to alter or change any without notice. By booking and confirming a course, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
Course starts at 09.00 and finishes at 17.00 on training days. Please plan your journey in advance to reach training centre in time as lateness is not permitted. Participants arriving after 15 minutes will not be allowed on the course and there is no refund. Learners must attend the full course to meet criteria and receive a certificate. JT10I will ensure a safe and conducive environment for all learners. Delegates who are disruptive, not compliant with house rules and our Equal Opportunities Policy will be asked to leave and we will retain the full fees.

Prices vary based on training location, course duration and possible course creation costs for bespoke courses. There are no hidden costs, once agreed, it becomes binding.
